This company works really hard to clean a very filthy house in nine hours and got it ready to put on the market for me. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company.

My small house needed a deep cleaning after this crazy year, so I requested some quotes on Yelp.

It was a little tricky to get answers all to my questions at first, but I think that may actually be Yelp's fault, because Leslie said their interface made it hard for her to see what I asked in my original quote request. When we did actually speak on the phone, Leslie was nice and seemed happy to explain things and talk over details.

The date of my appointment got messed up as well at first, but again, that could be an issue with Yelp's system. It led to a bunch of confused calls and texts from Leslie when I wasn't available to let a cleaner in on the wrong day, a week before my actual appointment! If I was going to hire this service again, I would probably just contact them directly instead of requesting a quote through Yelp, since that seemed to cause a bunch of problems for both of us.

In the end, actual cleaning was good. My cleaner was super friendly, efficient, and pretty thorough. She got my tub cleaner than I had ever seen it! I discovered a couple little spots she missed after she left, but overall I was pretty satisfied.

She was very accommodating about starting with a three-hour deep cleaning and then adding an additional hour on the spot when there was still some work left to do. It was great to have this option.

In terms of value, the price seemed fair, though I have gotten a better deal in the past working with an independent cleaner instead of a service that acts as an intermediary. (I found myself wondering how much per hour the cleaner actually receives.)

Payment was super easy using Venmo.

One last thing: when we spoke on the phone, Leslie said that her cleaners always wear masks while at appointments, but my cleaner took hers off for most of the time she was here. Since I am fully vaccinated and therefore figured there was minimal risk to me, I didn't bother her about it (I just wore mine the whole time she was here in case she was not vaxxed yet, just out of extra caution); however, I don't know if that would be an issue for others who have medical issues. I think it would have been better for this to just be consistent since we're in this weird time when some people are fully vaccinated and others are not, so there's still risk of COVID spread.

Kristina came to fix a job from a previous tech. Kristina went above and beyond, she not only fixed all the areas I had concerns about but she exceeded expectations by double checking everything else and re-doing areas from the previous tech (even though she definitely wasn't required to do this)! Kristina was here for over 4.5 hours where the other tech was only here for 2. Although the first tech missed a lot of areas (these things are bound to happen), Dirt Busters was willing to make it right and sent Kristina the same day I voiced my concerns. Excellent customer service from the company and Kristina is absolutely my favorite and preferred tech now.

Maid Easy is a well run and friendly company. I have had Michelle from Maid Easy clean my house on a couple of occasions. She is professional, hard working, detailed oriented, and efficient.  I will continue to use Maid Easy and request Michelle to come back for my future cleanings.

I got quoted for a deep clean. They were very responsive and timely with scheduling. The girl who showed up was very kind. I, however, do not feel what I received was a "deep" clean. I have dust on my blinds and banister when I specifically asked for those areas to be done. My counters and floors have spots that werent cleaned well. My house really isnt very dirty either which is why I am confused. The cleaner seemed very concerned with getting it done within 3 hours and to me that makes no sense. Either you have a flat fee for a service or you charge people hourly. I wont be using this company again.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!  I hired Arizona Clean Pros in March to do a general cleaning of my single son with a big dog - need I say more :) - 2 bedroom apartment in Tempe.  I liked the results so I hired them to do a move out clean when he moved out of state at the end of May.  The 3 person crew was fantastic!  They were on time, professional and cleaned a very dirty - filled with dog hair and marks on the doors and walls and carpet - apartment.  I thought regardless we would be charged for something by the apartment complex as that is what they generally do especially with no security deposit required up front.  Instead, THEY GAVE US MONEY BACK!!  The apartment was THAT clean.   Thanks Arizona Clean Pros!!!!

I chose Tidy Casa because of their great reviews and I was not disappointed. They did an amazing job and I feel that their prices are fair. I will definitely be using Tidy Casa on a regular basis and I've already recommended them to my friends. I was super impressed that they vacuumed my couch! I have a large sectional and a furry dog, so I know they put in some extra work on that one. I really liked that they started at one end of the house and worked their way to the other so that nothing was overlooked. There isn't a thing that I can say I would have them do differently. They absolutely lived up to their 5 star rating! I highly recommend using them!!!

Eco Mama is amazing. This review will not even justify the amount of stress that has just been lifted off of me. I am a young mother of four all 5yrs and under and a small business owner that works from home. The girls that came to clean yesterday completely transformed my comfort in my home. I told my husband that I dont even think our house has been this clean before and I am typically stressed out at the cleaning that always needs to be done in between of working, caring for the kids, running errands and etc. I have just booked them for a weekly cleaning and it will be the best investment I have made thus far. I am so grateful for coming across Eco Mama!

Nikki was absolutely fantastic!

We called and they were able to get us in for a cleaning in under a week. And honestly I'm so glad my coworker recommend them. (we've tried 2 other cleaners in the past and have not been impressed for the price) They were on time, very professional, extremely thorough (can we say baseboards are dust free now!) all for an exceptional price. This company is literally a life savior! I needed to book a same day, super last minute job and they accepted it and did a brilliant service. Also, Nicole is super caring and communicative and she passed all the instructions to the cleaners.

Phenomenal service and very flexible! They truly do make your house sparkle - notably the floors, windows and shower doors (hard water is GONE). I've had them over 3x now and it's consistently great. Hire them, don't hesitate.

We had a mess from our renters and needed a quick turnaround getting it cleaned. They fully cleaned the carpet, couch, tile flooring etc. They were very thorough, responsive, professional, tidy and efficient.
